· Insurance to market value. It is our desire to have insureds who are a concerned partner on the dwellings they own.
· Fireplace or wood stove. If the home is equipped with a fireplace insert or wood or coal burning stove, a surcharge will be applied.
· All new business will be inspected by the company. One time charge of $35.00 to all new business.
Vacant Dwelling
· The Vacant Dwelling Program is designed for homes that are in average to better condition, exhibiting proper maintenance and are temporarily vacant because they are being renovated or remodeled between tenancy, between real estate closings, or held for sale (properties that have been on the market less than one year).
· All Vacant Dwelling policies will renew until canceled.
