· Lessors Risk Industry which includes lessors of commercial buildings occupied by offices, mercantile, wholesale and retail establishments.
· Business Services Industry, including, but not limited to, Barber Ships, Beauty Parlor/Nail Shops, Funeral Directors/Crematories, and many other Business Services.
· Condominium Industry which includes owners of buildings used exclusively as commercial condominiums.
· Office Industry, including, but not limited to, medical, legal, financial and other professional services.
· Restaurant Industry which includes fast food, fine dining and family style type dining establishments.
