To do business with Shoemaker & Besser Associates, Inc., your agency will need to sign a Brokerage Agreement and complete an Agency Profile. This completed information must than be returned along with a copy of your Business License and a copy of each Agent's License and Agency E&O Certificate. Those forms can be faxed or emailed to the attention of Tanya Topper.
