Submission Standards

So that we can provide the best experience for your agency, we are listing those items which are essential to obtaining the best commercial insurance package for your insured.

ACORD Applications – Fully completed ACORD applications including drivers list and complete automobile VIN’s.

Supplemental Applications – Certain classes of business require supplemental applications and will be provided by e-mail, fax or online.

Loss Runs – Three to five years of currently valued loss runs will be required.

Prior Company – Expiring company and premiums along with target pricing will help us in our evaluation.

Operation Description – Complete description of operations along with web site address will help in qualifying submission to company underwriting guidelines.

Lead Time – Certain classes of business that fall outside our underwriting authority and require company underwriting and inspections will require 45 day lead time.
