Commercial Lines submissions are usually handled by Shoemaker & Besser Associates, Inc. and will have to meet the standards which we have outlined. In addition, we have select appointments for commercial carriers which provide you with the technology to perform your own quote and issue. These appointments carry their own specific audit guidelines which are formulated by the company.

Personal Lines submissions are handled by internet quote and issue processes except for a few product lines. All underwriting, pricing and issuing authorities are given to you and Shoemaker & Besser Associates, Inc is responsible for the management of the total books of business.
